Heracles UT1000 utilizes MELOT TCI multi-sensor system to carry out same time multiple point measurement, each module in the system has its independent calibration report to make sure that every module has reached the highest standard in accuracy and all the data measured is stable and comparable.
UT1000 could carry out 961 point measurement at the same time and get luminance and chromaticity data , it could also execute Luminance Uniformity、Color Uniformity、Contrast Ratio Uniformity、
Luminance Variation and Stability (Uniformity Color Shift…) inspection. Since the system is using parallel mode so no matter it is a stand-alone unit or 961 points measurement, the measurement time is less than 1 second. Heracles UT1000 system could be used not only in the stable laminated FPD products, it could also be used in PWM driven FPD light source products, it could also be coupled with Cosine correcting illumination lens to execute luminance measurement.
Heracles UT1000 system is equipped with CIE (Coefficient Intellectual Extrapolation) system to automatically calibrate its data with other measuring equipments such as BM-7、BM-5A、SR-3A、SC-777、CS-200、CA-210、CL-200、and CS-1000A. After this calibration, the xy data differences could be adjusted to ±0.002* and luminance difference is adjust to ±2% .
Heracles UT1000 System could solve the traditional XY table measuring system’s problem with space and measuring time. It could also solve the calibration and light distribution problems in CCD type of measuring equipment. It could work with Video Generator such as ASTRO VG82X、VG84X、VG85X、Quantum Data 802X、88X、Chroma 22XX、23XX to carry out automatic optical data measurement. It is a the best choice for measuring FPD’s uniformity characteristics.
